Is Sentiment Changing?

Morning pullbacks seem to get deeper, selling off on more volume. Is there a change in sentiment starting? Or is this just the strong hands shaking out the weak hands? Time will tell I guess. However, the dips still get bought, today was no different. Tech keeps leading the rallies, which is positive. That's exactly what you want to see in a healthy rally. But small caps keep lagging and trading sideways. Of course, they were the biggest mover last week and probably still need to digest that move.
