Small Caps Finally Catch A (Their) Break

It happened. Finally! Small caps (RUT or Russell2000) managed to move over 83.30, a resistance level since early February. S&P500 and Tech joined the rally, but the Dow was a big laggard, closing breakeven.
The close however wasn't promising but quite weak and reminding us to be cautious.

They were all up, together with indices. Silver was the outperformer, but up only just over 1%.
