New Highs For The Dow And S&P500

While the Dow and S&P500 printed new highs, tech and small caps are lagging in the overall picture (see daily charts). Still, good gains for Nasdaq, which was leading today. Meanwhile, small caps were the laggards, barely up.

Euro, oil, metals
It was a good day for all of them. The euro gained over 0.5% to reach the 1.31-level and oil went over 94.

Metals did even better. Gold was lagging with 'only' 0.8%-profits. But copper gained over 2% and silver more than 2.7%!
