More Good Gains, But A Weak Close

After small gains in pre-market, indices went straight up at the start of the session for more than half an hour. Then followed a couple hours of consolidation. After lunch, price forgot to go higher and a move towards the opening price was the result. Only small caps remained strong and hardly gave back any gains, unlike most other indices.

The euro keeps bouncing on the 1.30-level. The more bounces that follow, the weaker this level becomes.
