Tech And Small Caps Moving

The Dow and S&P500 didn't move much and were more in a consolidation phase today. But tech and small caps moved well, with tech at new highs while small caps were leading the action with a +1% rally.

Euro, oil, metals
The euro is almost at the highs made in October and December of last year. Is the third time the charm for this currency?
Oil had a big move higher, gaining 2% and now at $102. Nice new highs.
Metals: not much movement in copper and gold. Both made small to mediocre gains. But silver had another +2%-day. Higher that is!
