Another (Small) Dip Attracts Buyers

Indices opened this morning with losses near 1%. That meant the market was down 2% since the Friday close and it's only Tuesday. But the opening was bought as dip buyers started 'shopping'. The major indices closed back near breakeven and small caps even made a huge jump, gaining 1.6% by the close. They were definitely leading today.

Is today the start of another move higher? Maybe this could be the start of a Santa Claus rally, who knows!
